Building Pathways to Careers
We’re excited to announce that our Workforce Development Program will be kicking off this summer!
Our Workforce Development program is designed to help individuals build the skills and confidence they need to secure meaningful employment and advance in their careers. Whether you're looking to start your career, switch industries, or improve your current skills, we provide resources and support every step of the way.
This 10-session cohort, in partnership with our friends at The Initiative, is designed to support young adults in career exploration while strengthening job readiness and placement opportunities. Together, we will guide up to 20 participants, ages 17–24, connecting them with employers and helping them take meaningful steps toward their future careers. Participants will be compensated.

Sessions will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5-7 p.m. Apply by June 1, 2026.
